Lay Speakers take initiative in giving leadership, assistance, and support to the program emphasis of the Church.  This is a caring, leading, and communication ministry. 

• Caring -- Seeking to understand others and being advocates to persons in need.
• Leading -- Develop and improve ministries of service and witness.
• Communication -- Serving as liturgists for worship and pulpit supply.
